Jill
grew up on a family ranch operation in British Columbia's interior,
and she believes in raising healthy cattle naturally. To accomplish
this, she and the ranchers she works with design their processes
to minimize stress on the animals thoughout their life cycle.
The native forages of the BC Interior rangelands, and the cattle's
quality of life combine to produce beef that is great tasting,
leaner, and completely free of artificial hormones.

Our
cattle are raised utilizing an environmentally sustainable process,
harvesting the energy of the sun in the form of native forages.
British Columbia's rangelands are largely unsuitable for cultivation,
therefore the cows turn vegetation into protein from areas that
could otherwise not be utilized for food production.

Beef
is an excellent source of protein, zinc and vitamin B12, and a
good source of iron. A 120 gram serving of beef provideds 24g.
of protein, and 53% of the Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) for
zinc, 170% of the RDI of vitamin B12, and 14% of the RDI for iron.
