You can order Black Creek Ranch Premium Grass Fed Beef products through our online store. More products will be added regularly.
Deliveries will take place in Kamloops once a week on MONDAYS within the hours of 8-6pm. Please place your order by Thursday 5pm to receive your products the following Monday.
If you do not live in the Kamloops area, we will contact you within 24 hours to arrange delivery time for the following week within British Columbia.

For orders over $200, delivery is free.
For orders under $200, delivery is $10.
For orders outside of Kamloops B.C a delivery surcharge may apply. Please contact us if you want to place an order outside of the Kamloops city limits and we can advise you of delivery times/costs. sales@blackcreekranch.com

Our products are delivered in individually vacuum-sealed, air-tight packages to preserve taste, flavour, and freshness. If you are unhappy with the any of the products please call us immediately so we can rectify the situation.
Black Creek Ranch uses premium protection packaging ensures that you receive products of the highest quality. Each quick-frozen item is carefully packed with ice, then surrounded by a premium, reusable polystyrene chest. Your product should be frozen on arrival.
We encourage the reuse and pass-along value of the foam cooler you receive. If you are unable to reuse the foam cooler you receive, please check with your local recycling center about recycling your foam cooler.
